Sabre to Provide WMD Proliferation Prevention Services in the Ukraine

Reston, Va. — October 21, 2004 — Sabre Technical Services, LLC (Sabre), today announced that it will provide consulting services for a program that will assist the US Government in its WMD proliferation prevention efforts. Sabre will provide WMD detection expertise and related services in the Ukraine.

Sabre who already provides consulting services in the Former Soviet Union (FSU) and throughout the world is widely recognized for its expertise in Bio-Safety and chemical and biological detection and decontamination.
